Newborn Nights
With over two years of experience and a Postpartum Certification from Doula Canada, I provide expert newborn care to help parents rest during the early stages of their baby’s life. I offer support with all feeding choices, including breastfeeding and bottle feeding, ensuring both parents and baby feel confident and comfortable. My services allow parents to recharge while knowing their baby is in good hands, setting them up to enjoy the newborn phase rested and healthy.
Baby Signs® Classes
I offer interactive baby sign language classes for children aged 6 months to 18 months. These fun and engaging classes include games, songs, parent education, and literacy activities designed to promote language development. Baby sign language has been shown to increase language proficiency in toddlers and reduce frustration by giving them a way to communicate before they can speak.
The classes are taught in a series of 6 sessions and can be held in private homes or public spaces, accommodating groups of 4-8 parents and children. Join us to help your little one develop essential communication skills in a supportive, enjoyable environment!
Online Support
I am available to answer any newborn care questions you may have, offering guidance based on my wealth of experience working with newborns. While I am not a medical professional, I can provide helpful insights on a variety of topics, from sleep routines to feeding tips, and everything in between. Whether you’re a first-time parent or just looking for some reassurance, I’m here to support you with the little questions that arise in those early weeks ad months.
